KipQLin provides a platform to connect you with cleaning service providers. We do not employ cleaners directly unless stated.
Bookings must be made through our app or website.
Payment terms will be shown at checkout.
Cancellations may be subject to fees.
Provide accurate booking details (address, access, time).
Treat providers with respect and ensure a safe working environment.
Do not request services outside the platform.
KipQLin acts as a facilitator. We are not liable for damages caused by providers beyond what is required by law.
Customers are responsible for securing personal valuables before a service begins.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
By registering as a provider, you agree to deliver services in compliance with KipQLin’s policies and these Terms.
Providers must deliver services professionally, on time, and as described.
Providers must maintain necessary licenses, permits, or certifications where required.
Payments are processed via the Platform.
KipQLin may deduct service fees/commissions before remitting earnings.
Payout schedules will be communicated in your account.
Keep your profile, availability, and pricing accurate.
Ensure safe and lawful practices while delivering services.
Do not solicit KipQLin customers outside the platform.
Providers are responsible for damages caused during service delivery.
KipQLin may require providers to carry liability insurance (if applicable).
We reserve the right to suspend or remove providers for misconduct, poor performance, fraud, or breach of these terms.
All logos, content, and technology used in KipQLin are owned by us. You may not copy or misuse them.
Disputes between customers and providers should first be reported to KipQLin support.
If unresolved, matters may be escalated as per applicable law.
KipQLin is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
